U13 League Cup Final Result

Due to the expansion of the club we are holding football trials for all age groups:
Wed 21st May - (age U6-U17) 6.30 - 8 O'clock
Wed 4th June - (age U11-U17) 6.30 - 8 O'clock
Sat 7th June for - (U6-U17) 10am - 11.30
Venue: Monks Walk School Playing Fields, Knightsfield, Welwyn, AL8 7NL.

This seasons Presentation Evening will be held at Monks Walk on Saturday 12th July

Under 11 Royals win League Cup Final for 3rd year in a row...
The U11 Royals secured their 3rd successive League Cup title by beating Wheathampstead Wanderers 2-0 in a tough game at Cheshunt FC on Sunday 15th. Goals from Oliver Richardson & Liam Grey in the last 7 minutes of the game gave Pegasus the trophy in a game that looked certain to go to extra time.
WELL DONE BOYS !!!

Ex-Pegasus Players still in contact with the club...
We recently reported that the U12's were the first Pegasus team to reach the County Cup final... we have been contacted by an ex-Pegasus player to correct us on this. Colin Hurd, who played for Pegasus between 1973 & 1976, contacted us to let us know that in 1975 (U15) & 1976 (U16) his team reached and won the final in succesive years. He also let us know that the team also won the league 4 years on the trot from 1973 to 1976.
We still think it is a wonderful achievement for our current Under 12's to have reached the final and look for your support.

Under 12 Royals reach Herts County Cup Final ...
The Royals stormed through into the club's first ever County Cup Final after an emphatic 5-0 victory over local rivals Broxbourne Borough. The boys can look forward to a 22nd April date with St Albans City Youth West and a County Cup Final at The County Ground Letchworth at 10.30am.
To celebrate such an occasion we would like to encourage as many players,parents and supporters of Pegasus to mark this occasion by making the trip to Letchworth to cheer the boys on.

Under 13 Skys... win promotion to Division 1...
The Under 13 Skys secured a spot in Division 1 for next season by twice coming from behind to beat Cuffley Tigers 5 -2 to secure their place... well done boys !!!
Sunday 18th March
Under 13 Royals... Division 1 Champions with 2 games to spare...
The Under 13 Royals were in a jubilant mood on Sunday after a 0-0 draw against Wheathampstead, in extremely windy conditions, saw them win the Division 1 league title with 2 games to spare and secure promotion to the Premiership next season... well done boys !!!!
